Daniel Jordan was born and raised in Roseville, California. He is a graduate of the University of California, Davis, School of Dramatic Arts, where he trained in acting and photography.
Daniel started taking pictures at a very young age on disposable cameras. To this day, his mother finds rolls of undeveloped film stashed throughout her home. During high school, he received a Christmas gift of his first SLR camera, a Pentax, which he used in all his photography classes. During this time, Daniel was also starting his career as an actor, shifting between the roles of thespian and stage designer.
Years of theatrical training help set Daniel apart from other photographers. He possesses natural creativity combined with a skilled eye that elicits beauty, radiance, and style from his subjects. Daniel is now working in L.A., venturing into the world of film. While his roots are proudly established in theater, he is exploring the challenges and beauty that film has to offer.
